Sunday school

Bobby is now teaching the Senior High (Grades 9-12) Sunday school class. The class meets in his office which is located in the Education Building - first floor. SS begins at 9:30 with breakfast food/snacks/drinks and ends at 10:30.

Beach Trip!!!

Ok, the trip to Bethany Beach is finally upon us. We are meeting at the church at 7:00 am on Thursday, July 24th. Remember to look over your packing list I gave you VERY closely and don't forget bath towels/washcloths (they were left off the list, sorry.)

Bethany Beach... here we come!

Tuesday, July 8, 9-4 - Bobby is in his office, nothing Tuesday night

No midweek youth group cookout the week of July 14-18

Thursday, July 17 - tba - band rehearsal

Sunday, July 20 - 10:50 am - first band performance!!!

Sunday, July 20, 6-8 pm - Youth Group

Tuesday, July 22, 5-8 pm - cookout & band rehearsal

Thursday, July 24, 7 am - leave for BETHANY BEACH, Delaware

Saturday, July 26, 10 pm - arrive home

We're still waiting to hear from the church camp in Bethany Beach if we have been approved for the dates in July - we'll let you know as soon as we hear!


And finally, congrats to the Mikes baseball team on a great season!!

Announcements - this week

after a busy couple of weeks back in may, things are slowing down, just a little bit! youth group is back on for sunday nights 6-8 until further notice. and we will notify you if we do cancel/change that, don't worry!

Friday afternoons are done for the summer, but we are probably going to meet during another midweek day, I think Thursdays? But not this Thursday. This week we are having a BACK to SUMMER picnic on Tuesday, June 3rd at 6:00 pm at the church. We'll be breaking in the NEW GRILL! woo hoo! we'll be eating hamburgers, hot dogs, s'mores and homemade ice cream! yum!

bobby and I are currently at the beach, so we will not be having youth group this sunday night. you all are sick of us anyway, since we've been doing so much together lately, right...!
